Team MSKH triumph in Armenian men’s national league

Team MSKH claimed earlier this month top honours from the 2022 edition of the Volleyball Men’s Pro League of Armenia – a competition broken down into four rounds, which eventually finished on December 4.

The men’s national championship run by the Volleyball Federation of Armenia featured five teams – with three of these competing for the league title while another two only contested the fourth and final round. As they entered the last stage of the competition, the teams representing FIMA and MSKH shared the same number of points. Therefore, the final match between these two sides was very tense and it accounted for a high-quality game. In the end, Team MSKH secured a 3-1 victory and with that, they seized the national league title as well.
The Volleyball Federation of Armenia (VFA) spared no effort to organise and deliver the men’s national league at the highest possible level. The Secretary General of the VFA, Mr Karen Asmaryan, noted that the organisation of the championship was at times challenging and laborious.

The top three teams of the championship received medals, cups, and the six best players were awarded with special prizes by representatives of the Volleyball Federation of Armenia, including NF President Hrachya Muradyan.
