The next morning, the two MEVZA officials addressed the annual General Assembly of the Cyprus Volleyball Federation. NF President Dr Costas Constantinou warmly welcomed the guests and before the start of the Assembly, a minute’s silence was observed to pay tribute to Honorary BoA Member, former Small Countries Division President and Honorary NF President Andreas Stavrou, who passed away earlier this year.

In their addresses, Mrs Bifflin and Mr Zanic emphasised the importance of Cyprus’s involvement in the zonal association and how much Cyprus Volleyball has progressed over the last two years. This was the very first time in Cyprus Volleyball history that delegates attending the General Assembly had been addressed by foreign officials.
