Lot, who has been an FIVB Referee since last year, will be acting as the second referee of the matchup between Sir Safety Conad PERUGIA and Cucine Lube CIVITANOVA at PalaBarton in Perugia, joining first referee Daniele Rapisarda.

The championship series between Lube and PERUGIA currently stands at 1-1 after two rounds, with both teams claiming away wins this far. Therefore, Wednesday’s fixture is especially important, as it will determine which of the two sides edges ahead in the exciting best-of-five series.

There will be additional female officials next to Lot – with Rossella Piana acting as third referee and Federica Righi as e-scorer.

Lot’s appointment represents a milestone in Italian Volleyball history and continues the efforts made by the Italian Refereeing Committee to provide younger referees with an opportunity to officiate at the highest level to develop their skills and pave the way for the emergence of the next generation of elite Volleyball officials.
