Winners of inaugural mini volleyball league crowned in Moldova

This past month coincided with a very intense phase for the nationwide school mini volleyball league organised by the Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Moldova. This event generated great interest across the Eastern European country. In March alone, more than 120 matches were contested and on March 30, the final stage took place at the ILPT Waldorf high school, where the winners were crowned. 

The team representing Constantin Sibirschi high school claimed top honours from the very first edition of this 4v4 competition. The winners were awarded medals and a trophy. The interest in the competition has been so overwhelming that another such event will be organised in mid-May.
