Volleyball festival run in Armenia to inspire more kids to nurture their passion for the game

The Volleyball Federation of Armenia (VFA) continues its work to develop Volleyball across the Caucasus country, and for this purpose it recently delivered another festival within the framework of the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ in Ptghavan community, Tavush Province.

Members of the already existing local girls’ school Volleyball team participated in the event. It was an opportunity for these young pupils to test their ability to manage and master the key technical skills required by the game, get acquainted with the rules, and perform a variety of exercises to improve their athletic skills. The VFA provided balls to the local school team so that the kids can continue to exercise and nurture their passion for the game.

The VFA has already devised plans to hold several more such festivals in cities and schools before the break due to the upcoming holiday season.
