Eleven students from just as many National Federations started on Wednesday their journey in the third edition of the CEV Volleyball Management Programme organised in cooperation with the CEV’s partners at LUNEX. The course represents a truly unique opportunity for the attendees to upgrade their skills and expertise in a constantly evolving environment such as the sports business.

The list of attendees includes Gentiana Nicaj (Albania), Yelena Parkhomenko (Azerbaijan), Johan Vest (Faroe Islands), Anna Schöps (Germany), Laura Anna Marton (Hungary), Borja Gonzalez Vicente (Iceland), Conor Flood (Ireland), Torsten Schooff (Luxembourg), Mathieu Outwaite (Northern Ireland), Adam Paton (Scotland), and Maria Luiz Perez (Spain).

The programme features modules such as Strategic Management & Digital Transformation, Governance & Sustainability, Marketing & Sponsorships, Finance & Economics as well as Media Relations & Event Management. Classes given by LUNEX lecturers as well as renowned sports executives from across the globe will last until late March.

The Volleyball Management Programme is testament to the CEV’s vision to provide members of the Volleyball family with development opportunities to upgrade their knowledge and skillsets so that National Federations can better support their athletes and ultimately grow the sport at all levels.
