School Project activities gain further momentum in Luxembourg

In February, those running the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ in Luxembourg delivered the last series of activities in the city of Differdange. Once again, over 60 kids and their teachers took a lot of pleasure from the sessions and enjoyed their first steps in Volleyball.

The focus in the last three weeks switched to different game situations combined with some fun technique practices. The feedback received was once again very positive, and the coaches are now looking forward to starting a new campaign in the next school in Pétange in March.

Another important decision has been made by the Youth Commission of the Luxembourg Volleyball Federation (FLVB). During the Final Four of the National Cup, the FLVB will meet up with the youth coaches of the different clubs from across Luxembourg to have a discussion on how to promote Volleyball for kids. This should be a very interesting next step to strengthen the bond between club coaches and the national team.
