Olympus school in Yerevan latest stop in CEV School Project roadshow run by Armenian Volleyball Federation

This past April 25, representatives of the Armenian Volleyball Federation visited the Olympus school in the Nork Marash administrative district of the country’s capital, Yerevan.

A volleyball session was held with participation of students from the 8th grade, during which the pupils got acquainted with the technical and physical skills required by the game. The school has many talented and athletic children who need more information and training about Volleyball so that they can pursue their further development and involvement in the sport.

“The wonderful CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ is the best way to bring local students to our sports facilities and teach them how to play Volleyball, as well as to receive high-quality sports equipment.”

During the session, representatives of the Armenian Volleyball Federation explained the rules of the game to the students, the latest changes to the rules, and answered questions asked by the students. The Armenian Volleyball Federation provided the school with sports equipment so that Volleyball activities can continue in the weeks and months to come.
