Historic Snow Volleyball premiere delivered in Moldova

The Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Moldova continues to expand the scope of the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’. Earlier this month, with the weather on their side, they did organise and run with much success the first Snow Volleyball competition specifically open to young children. The pupils from Sports School no. 12 helped write a new chapter in the history of Moldovan Volleyball!  

Moreover, the end of January coincided with the start of the municipal mini volleyball league. As many as 24 teams have registered for participation, and the games will take place in February and March. The delivery of this competition will support the efforts made this far to inspire the next generation of Volleyball players in the Eastern European country.
