Good vibes spread among kids learning the ABC of Volleyball

The children started with learning the basics and the subsequent sessions focused more on the key rules of the Volleyball game, such as the numbers of children standing on the court, the scoring system, and the rotation on the court. Two qualified PE teachers, Martine Emeringer and Tom Klees, have helped create a nice atmosphere and spread good vibes at each session. The teachers of the participating classes have shown their readiness to continue the initiation process and possibly organise a tournament at the beginning of February.
“The children were taught the basic technique in these training sessions. The training consisted of small, playful exercises through which the pupils had a lot of fun and learned a lot. The coaches skilfully incorporated the basic techniques into their games. Such a professional introduction to Volleyball is an added value in many ways, both for the children and for the teaching staff, because we also learned something from these school lessons. Thank you very much for this wonderful opportunity,” said Emeringer, a former member of the women’s national team of Luxembourg, aka the ‘Red Lionesses’.
