The Volleyball Federation of Belgium officially joined the CEV School Project “Play Volleyball, Grow with it” in January 2026.
As one of the newest members of the School Project family, Belgium is now beginning its journey within the programme, and we look forward to following the activities and initiatives that will bring volleyball closer to children and schools across the country.

Project Manager
Dré De LAERT
Dré De Laet is a Project Officer at Volley Vlaanderen, where he coordinates innovative sport promotion projects aimed at making volleyball more accessible and engaging for young people. He is the driving force behind the expansion of the Urban Volley Games concept across Belgium, bringing volleyball into public spaces and connecting the sport with urban culture. As School Project Manager, he now coordinates the implementation of the CEV School Project in Belgium, helping to connect young people with volleyball through educational and school-based programmes. Passionate about creativity and innovation, Dré enjoys thinking beyond traditional approaches and is always looking for new ways to inspire people to discover and experience volleyball.
