VFA takes School Project to children’s camp in Kotayk Province

On July 17, a delegation of the Volleyball Federation of Armenia (VFA) paid a visit to the Gohar children’s camp in the Hankavan community of Kotayk Province. 

This was an opportunity to further spread the reach of the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ even beyond the school year through the delivery of a volleyball festival for the children hosted in the camp. About 100 kids from across the Ararat Province of Armenia attended the event. They were introduced to Volleyball and tried their best to learn and master some of the key technical skills. 

The representatives of the VFA introduced the children to the development programme they run in cooperation with the CEV and to the rules of the game. Finally, the children received some volleyballs provided by the CEV so that they can continue to enjoy their volleyball experience in the weeks and months to come.
