Eric Tanguy (FRA)

A former Volleyball player and coach in Montpellier and Nice, Tanguy has been the President of the French Volleyball Federation (FFVB) since 2015, after previously holding a number of other positions in this organisation – such as Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary General, Vice-President in charge of Marketing and Events and Member of the Board of Directors.
Tanguy is a Vice-President of the French National Olympic Committee (CNOSF), in charge of innovation. A researcher at the Oceanographic Observatory of Villefranche-sur-Mer by profession, Tanguy joined the CEV Board of Administration for the first time in 2020.
