Luxembourg, February 5, 2020. The enthusiasm and excitement are growing around the 2020 edition of #1DayMore4Volleyball, with the number of participants now standing at 141,137! As many as 10,118 matches are due to take place on February 29 when Europe’s Volleyball family celebrates this year’s leap day by holding Volleyball events across as many as 2,385 venues. The numbers increase with each day – and with more than three weeks left, the expectations are rising for what promises to become a real Volleyball party across the whole of Europe!

Meanwhile, the #VolleySkillChallenge launched back in January has become a popular hit on Instagram, with more and more people joining the likes of superstars of the sport such as Bruno Rezende, Eda Erdem and Aleksandar Atanasijevic to show their ability to play the ball with their full body.

The latest ones to try this out were the young players of OK Ankaran-Hrvatini from Slovenia (see above) as well as another name that Slovenian Volleyball fans are very familiar with – former national team player Peter Mozic. Moreover, the members of SV Sokol Volleyball from Schwechat, Austria, have shared their very own challenge through the official Instagram account of the club too.

Anyone can take up the challenge and by doing this you can become the eventual winner of valuable weekly prizes at stake! Do not miss your chance and if you wish to know more about this very special action and become a part of it, visit the official event website https://1daymore4volleyball.cev.eu.
