CEV School Project Manager for the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro (OSCG) Dragisa Calov visited this past month elementary schools involved in the programme, namely “Mustafa Pecanin” in Rozaje, “Vuk Karadzic” in Berane and “Salko Aljkovic” in Pljevlja where he delivered a series of training sessions. All schools involved in the project organise a volleyball training three times a week and on top of these sessions, special visits are organised and run by the Project Manager.

On March 26, Mr Calov delivered a seminar for coaches and teachers to improve their work on the court. Members of the Coaches Commission of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro participated in this seminar too. The first such seminar was held in Budva, while the second is scheduled for April 8 in Bijelo Polje for coaches and teachers specifically from north of the Balkan country.

The 10th weekend in the sixth edition of the EKO mini volleyball league was played in March, thereby involving girls born in 2010 and 2011. The EKO mini volleyball league, run in conjunction with the CEV School Project, involves more than 800 children from across Montenegro overall.
