After many disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, life has returned to some sort of ‘new normal’ in Kosovo as well, thus facilitating the work of the Volleyball Federation of Kosovo as they try to engage youngsters at the grassroots level through the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’.

The Federation has designed a comprehensive plan to involve as many kids and teachers as possible, as the sport continues to grow steadily across the Balkan country. With this in mind, the Volleyball Federation of Kosovo delivered a Kids Festival back on September 27 in the city of Gjakova – with participation of nearly 100 children from primary schools and Volleyball clubs of the Gjakova region.

More such actions shall follow in the coming months in other regions as well – aiming at inspiring more and more children and PE teachers, with plans already in place to meet with the Volleyball schools of Theranda, Vëllaznimi, and Ferronikeli in early October.
