CEV School Beach Volleyball Festival organised by TPV Volley proves a big hit
News
The second CEV School Beach Volleyball festival organised by TPV Volley Novo mesto proved to be a remarkable success. With the participation of as many as 70 children aged seven to 15, the event accomplished its objective of promoting Beach Volleyball and presenting it as a fantastic and highly entertaining free-time activity.
The event featured various engaging activities specifically designed to develop the children’s passion for the game. Through fun-filled training sessions, experienced coaches introduced the many participants to the basic techniques and rules of Beach Volleyball. These interactive sessions ensured that every child, regardless of their prior volleyball knowledge, skills, and experience, felt comfortable and motivated to participate. The friendly tournament that was a part of the event promoted teamwork and sportsmanship.
Following the success of the events already held in Ljubljana and Novo mesto, the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia (OZS) is looking forward to hosting two more such festivals in Koper and Zreče in September. With the continued support and involvement of Slovenian clubs like ŽOK Šentvid, TPV Volley Novo mesto, BVK Koper, and Weiler Volley Zreče, even more children will get the opportunity to experience the joy of Beach Volleyball as a dynamic and engaging sport.
