The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) has officially launched a new set of educational materials, freely accessible to everyone as of Wednesday, August 20, with a simple registration. These materials represent a complete update of the content released in 2021, and reflect the close collaboration established with legendary Beach Volleyball coach Kåre Mol of Norway and the prestigious Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln (DSHS).

This partnership has resulted in two comprehensive courses open to the public: “Play to Learn” and “Play Volleyball - Grow with it’.

“Play to Learn” was developed in collaboration with Kåre Mol, father and coach of world-renowned player, Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion and multiple European champion Anders Mol. This course offers five levels of tips and drills that can be practiced both outdoors (Beach Volleyball) and indoors. These drills, which Mol used to train his sons to become professional players, are accompanied by as many as 75 instructional video clips that anyone can use to enhance their volleyball skills.

The second course, “Play Volleyball - Grow with it”, was created in partnership with DSHS. This course includes a detailed Teacher’s Handbook as well as 27 explanatory videos specifically designed to guide teachers and coaches in training children based on their age and skill level.

The CEV’s goal with these courses is to make Volleyball more accessible not just in Europe, but around the world. Accessing the materials is straightforward since anyone can register for free to join the CEV Campus (click here).

Once registered, both courses will be available for seven days, during which all content can be downloaded for personal use and future reference.
