Currently working with his private firm dealing with investments and real-estate projects, Mr Thorsteinsson offers private consultancy services as well, with a focus on change management, innovation and sports marketing.
Mr Thorsteinsson has been involved in Volleyball for decades as a former player and leader within the Icelandic Volleyball Federation beside his long tenure as a Technical and Development Director of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), and previously Internal Auditor. He has been a member of the CEV Board of Administration since 2015 and re-elected as such for a second term in 2020.
