The “Confédération Européenne de Volleyball” (CEV), with registered offices in Luxembourg (Luxembourg) – 488, Route de Longwy – L-1940 (hereinafter, "CEV"), provides you its website www.cev.eu (hereinafter, "Website") that allows you to access through enabled devices to contents and services related to European volleyball and subject to the following Terms and Conditions and any documents referred to in them.

Certain areas of the Website require registration (“Restricted areas”). By registering, you represent and warrant that (i) You are eligible for an account as set forth in these Terms; and (ii) the information you include as part of the registration process is accurate and not misleading. Accounts may be obtained and used only by: (i) individual, independent persons who are eighteen (18) years old or of legal age in their country of residence if such age exceeds eighteen (18); (ii) those individuals whose registration has been authorised either by their parents or legal guardian if they are below the legal age in their respective country of residence; or (iii) individuals with the right and authority to act on behalf of an organisation or entity for the purposes of accessing and using the Website.

In respect of your use of these Restricted Areas, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted by the registration form ("Personal Data" as further defined in Section 4); and (ii) maintain and promptly update your Personal Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. you can access your Personal Data by logging into your account.

If you provide, or CEV has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or CEV otherwise reasonably considers that you have failed to comply with any provisions of these Terms, CEV has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse you access to any and all current or future use of the Website.

The technical management of the Website is carried out by CTI Digital, without prejudice to CEV’s sole and exclusive property on the contents of the website.

The access, the use and the benefit of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms.

The username and the password provided by you during the registration on the Website are strictly confidential, and, therefore, you agree not to disclose them to anyone and to prevent any third parties from accessing the Service by using your personal data.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

CEV reserves the right to change and update these Terms, as well as the conditions to register for the Restricted areas, upon publication in the relevant section of the Website.

  1. Subscriber guidelines

The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Website is subject to the following limitations and undertakes to respect them:

Use of the Website and any content viewed through it are for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, it is forbidden to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any content of the Website for commercial purposes and, in general, for use in public and / or public spaces and / or open to the public, on any internet site and in any case for any purpose other than personal use in a domestic and family environment;

Access to the Restricted areas is permitted solely to the Subscriber, in accordance with these Terms of use and by means of suitable equipment to access the Website and to enjoy streaming content;

Some or all of the audiovisual contents of the Website may be limited to certain territories, with the application of the Geoblocking Technical Measures to prevent access outside of the authorized territories; therefore, the Subscriber undertakes to use the Website in accordance with any applicable territorial limits (as specified on the Website at any time) and not to use any elusive methods to deceive the security features or limitations included in the Website;

It is forbidden to alter, remove and modify any trademarks and logos present on the Website and in the contents available on it;

In general, the Subscriber must use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, intellectual property and industrial property rights, privacy and rights of personality;

If you believe that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Website, please provide CEV with the following information: name, last name, address, email address, type and extent of infringement (date, time, etc.) to the following email address: legal@cev.eu.

The Subscriber further acknowledges and agrees to be solely liable and responsible for all the activities and for the use of username and password on the Website, assuming responsibility for any use of third parties; The Subscriber acknowledges that quality and continuity in the use of the Website and its audiovisual contents, depend on the devices and on his Internet service, and, therefore the Subscriber exempts CEV from any liability for any malfunctions due to a device inefficiency and due to Internet connectivity, as well as any other cause beyond the control of CEV.

CEV collects the following Personal Data as defined in Section 1:

-        Email address

-        Date of birth

-        Country of residence

The Personal Data collected are necessary for administering your account and providing you with access to the Restricted Areas.

By accessing or using the Website or the Restricted areas, or submitting your personal information to the Website or the Restricted areas, You agree to CEV's use of such data, including the Personal Data and certain other information, in accordance with the CEV Privacy Policy set out at https://inside.cev.eu/en/privacy-policy/ ("Privacy Policy").

  1. Miscellaneous

Upon your failure to comply with any of the terms or conditions, your account and the access to the Restricted areas may be immediately suspended or terminated by the CEV.

These Terms of Use are governed by the Luxembourgish Law. All the disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Luxembourg.
