“Challenge volley” concept to be discussed in must-attend webinar

The 8^th CEV School Project Webinar Series continues Wednesday afternoon with a session run by Ana Vidal Bouza, a FIVB Level-2 coach who is currently responsible for the delivery and management of School Project activities in Iceland.

During the webinar, Ana – who has a BA in Physical Education and Sports Sciences as well as in Primary School Teaching – will introduce the concept of “Challenge volley”, a motivational way of coaching based on using challenges and games for training. She will present ready-made educational materials (including videos and graphics) which have been created over many years of training and that she has implemented in her practices with much success.

The Spaniard has been working as a Volleyball and Beach Volleyball coach for more than 15 years, thereby gathering experience in several countries across the globe (such as Iceland, Belgium, Spain, New Zealand, the Cook Islands, and Guam). Her extensive background in the sport includes co-authoring the volleyball blog voleyporelmundo.com as well as the book ‘voley playa: técnica y ejercicios’ (Beach Volleyball: technique and exercises).
