Annual EFC meeting held in Luxembourg

On Thursday, CEV Vice-President and Treasurer Guy Juwet presided over the annual plenary meeting of the European Financial Commission (EFC) held at the home of European Volleyball in Luxembourg. EFC Members joined the meeting together with CEV Managing Director Vuk Karanović and staff working in the CEV Finance Department. 

After some intense weeks and months and following the review and analysis completed by both the external and internal auditors, the EFC members finalised the closing of the accounts for 2024, reviewed the budget for 2025 as well as the draft prepared for 2026, which will be forwarded for review by the CEV Board of Administration. Later this year, the delegates attending the XLVI CEV General Assembly in Paris, France, will be receiving a detailed review of the current status of the CEV’s finances and invited to approve the budget for 2026.
