The registration for the 2023 edition of the world’s largest children and youth volleyball tournament – the Power Cup 2023 – is now open! The event will run in the city of Imatra from June 8 to 11, 2023 and is open to young players aged from 7 to 22 years old.

The Power Cup is the world’s largest volleyball tournament for children and young people. Every year, over 850 teams and more than 7,500 people take part in this four-day sports event, which takes place every year around Finland in a new location. Over 4,000 games are played across 300 courts over four days!

Anyone who has been to the Power Cup knows that the size of the tournament is not what makes the event so unique. The summer vacation has just started, there are long bright days full of games, many fun and side events, top artists, old and new friends…. everything you can hope for from a holiday and sporting event!

Each participant who comes to the Power Cup will need a tournament pass – which costs € 180. The registration is binding. In case of medical accident or such, the participation payment can be refunded. To initiate this process, the concerned person must have an official statement from a medical doctor. For long distance travellers, the organisers offer an accommodation for an extra night with an additional fee of € 20 on top of the Tournament pass. It includes and extra night at school premises, a snack for the Wednesday night and Thursday’s breakfast.

The city of Imatra offers 4,000 accommodation places within a 5 km radius. You can travel by train to the heart of the event. It’s easy to combine the Power Cup with a family summer holiday. Imatra invites family and friends to enjoy on site!

The Ukonniemi arena will be the centre of the event and the organisers welcome you all to South Karelia for the 2023 edition of the Power Cup!
