London Giants host Super League live showcase

London Giants Volleyball Club delivered a full Super League matchday experience at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, thereby combining elite competition with grassroots engagement in a successful Super League Live event in London.

The day opened with junior taster sessions, offering young players the opportunity to try Volleyball in a welcoming, high-energy environment. This initiative formed part of the club’s wider mission to grow the game and strengthen long-term development pathways across the British capital.

Super League action followed with a Women’s Super League fixture featuring two City of London teams, setting the tone with a competitive and well-fought match played in front of an engaged crowd.

The afternoon concluded with a Men’s Super League showdown, as the home side London Giants hosted current table leaders Malory Eagles. The match lived up to expectations, developing into an intense five-set thriller that showcased the quality, depth, and competitiveness of the national English Volleyball league.

Crystal Palace National Sports Centre – the club’s main venue for major fixtures and selected junior programmes – once again provided the stage for a vibrant day of Volleyball, with strong attendance from families, junior athletes, and supporters from across London.
