160 children 'Enjoy Beach Volleyball' in Kosovo

Prishtina, Kosovo, August 17, 2018. Earlier this week the Volleyball Federation of Kosovo, supported by the CEV, organised a beach volleyball festival "Enjoy Beach Volleyball" for local children.

The main goal of the festival was to introduce the young Kosovans to Beach Volleyball and inspire them to pick up the sport, thus growing the game in Kosovo.

Organised at the local holiday resort in Prishtina the event gathered around 160 children between the ages of 12 and 16. They had the chance to learn the basics of the sport from the 10 most experienced Beach Volleyball coaches in the Balkan country.

Apart from the sporting activities, the festival also included a lot of games and music to create a fun atmosphere for the young participants, who will hopefully be seen on Beach Volleyball courts again soon.
